Hi, I'm Patricia! As the Operations Manager at Lavish Locks, I'm passionate about delivering a best-in-class guest experience while fostering a salon culture rooted in growth, collaboration, and excellence. Supporting our team and ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes allows me to help create an environment where both our guests and our artists can truly thrive.What I love most about Lavish Locks is our team culture-we are deeply invested in one another's success and continuously inspire each other to learn, grow, and raise the standard every day. Seeing the confidence and joy our services bring to our guests is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why this work is so meaningful.Outside of the salon, I enjoy staying active, catching up on Housewives, and escaping for a quick weekend beach getaway whenever I can.

I'm Sierra, a hairstylist at Lavish Locks! You can usually find me at the salon or out in nature. I love working at Lavish because of our team environment, it's my home away from home! I specialize in hair extensions, blonding, and of course my redheads! I fell in love with this industry because I can be creative by enhancing and elevating my clients hair and confidence.

I’m Anna and I have had the privilege of helping my clients feel more beautiful while sitting in my chair for over a decade. My goal as your hairstylist is to help you develop the tools to have your healthiest, most beautiful hair and enhance your natural beauty- all while having fun! My focus is custom color transformations, blonding, and extensions! I love working at Lavish Locks because it provides an environment of learning and encouragement for our stylists and partners. I have grown so much as a stylist, and as a person, since I’ve been a part of this team! Our clients love their experience at Lavish Locks, and it makes me feel so good that we can make them feel more confident in their everyday lives.

Hi I’m Gabby! Being in the beauty industry has been my dream since I was a little girl. One of the amazing things about Lavish Locks is it’s a team based salon which offers each client a luxury service and each stylist continuous education. Since joining Lavish I have grown in more ways than I could imagine. I love all things extensions, lived in color, and blonding. When I am not in the salon you can find me spending most of my time with my family, friends, and corgi pup Millie!

Hello all! My name is Emma, I’m a proud team member of Lavish Locks Hair Extension Bar! A little about myself is I love to go on hikes with my dog Boone, and I am always down for a road-trip. I absolutely love the connections I make with the clients I meet at Lavish Locks. It makes me so happy to see the transformations that we create inside the salon. Ever since I was little, I have always been artistic, and loved the beauty industry. I am super passionate about furthering my education as well as techniques. I love blonding, lived-in color’s, and of course, extensions! Working at Lavish Locks has really given me so opportunities to improve in this industr!

Hi! I’m Cailee Krouse, a stylist with a passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful. I started cosmetology school right out of high school because I couldn’t wait to start making people feel beautiful everyday. I believe great hair isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about how it makes you feel. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me at a country concert, or hanging out with my two french bulldogs. My goal is for every client to leave feeling empowered, confident, and truly themselves.

I love creating customized looks that enhance your natural beauty and fit your lifestyle. My goal is for every guest to leave my chair feeling confident, refreshed, and their absolute best. When I’m not in the salon, I’m spending quality time with my family and making lasting memories.

What truly differentiates Team-Based Pay from any other compensation method, especially Independent Contractors and Commission salons are the systems, the culture and the leadership that drive it. For this reason, we call it the Team-Based Business Model.
